Payment Terms
Payment for virtual support services is due in accordance with the terms set forth in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services until the account is brought current. Virtual Support Executives reserves the right to adjust its rates at any time, provided that you will be notified in advance of any rate changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Support Executives and its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied. Virtual Support Executives does not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
Termination
